Photocopies of manuscript material are provided as a service to expedite research and lessen wear on documents. They are made solely for the personal use of the individual requesting them, and may not be transferred to another individual or organization, deposited at another institution, or be recopied, by hand or by other means, without prior permission of this Library.

Requests for any type of photoduplication are subject to staff approval based on collection conditions and restrictions. Duplication by this Library in no way transfers either copyright or property right, nor does it constitute permission to publish. Copyright remains with the literary heir, estate, or other owner, and permission for obtaining copies and/or publishing a manuscript, in whole or in part, must be secured from the holder of copyright and placed on file in this repository.

Terms & Conditions
WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use", that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
I have read the above statement on copyright, and agree to abide by the stated conditions.
