I have a Computer Science Bachelor's degree and have extensive experience in Windows, Mac and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

I manage the computing environment for the Library. That's about 1000 computers, 22 servers. I also am responsible for maintaining the following services:

• File and print services for the Library (including WebDAV and 6TB space for DCU)
• VPN for library staff
• Softgrid/App-V
• Aeon for Special Collections
• ILLiad
• Faculty Exploratory server
• Footprints (for the Library, Kresge and OUD)
• Inventory System
• Google QR database
• ePO
• WSUS for the library
• WSUS for the campus
• KMS for campus
• Terminal Services Licensing server for campus
• Filemaker server (for Library, SPO, and HART)
• Anonymous FTP Server (Library DLPS, SPO, Special Collections, Preservation)
• KNC 
• TechDeck (including the Poster printer and server)
• Public machines management and images
• ULIC
• TIC
• Staff machines management and images
• Custom software deployment
• Powershell scripts for DCU
