About
I am an Access Services Librarian and a supervisor for Hatcher and Shapiro Circulation Services. I generally supervise the evening shifts at both libraries. Moreover, I am an Exhibit Support for Hatcher North Lobby Display Cases.
Background
I have received both my BA and MSI from the University of Michigan. My BA was in History of Art with a focus on Persian and Islamic Art and Architecture (2007). I received my MSI from the School of Information in Archives and Records Management with a focus on Archives and Human Rights (2010).
Responsibilities
As a Circulation Supervisor, I manage the work of the department during the evening hours and at closing. I assist patrons with their accounts and with checking out materials.
Moreover, I arrange and design exhibitions for the Hatcher North Lobby Display Cases. I work with the different library and university departments to arrange exhibitions based on the library collections, semester themes, holidays and other subjects.
