As an Information Resources Assistant Senior I divide my time between the Hatcher Graduate Library Circulation department and Hatcher Gallery Events & Exhibits. As a part of the Circulation team I work to respond to patrons needs, improve customer service, supervise student workers and manage the carrel system for the library. I also take on special projects across the library and serve on several committees.

Previously, I was a Coffee Barista and Evening Supervisor at Mujo Cafe in Ann Arbor. During that time I learned the importance of mastering customer service and how to make a perfect cappuccino. I completed my BA in English from Eastern Michigan University in 2007. In November 2010 I was hired in at U-M Library at the Art, Architecture and Engineering Library. I moved to Hatcher Graduate Library in January 2014. I have also provided support for the Music Library, Fine Arts and Shapiro Undergraduate Library.
