Bob has two main assignments within MLibrary Document Delivery: (1) Customer Service Representative for MITS, a document-delivery service of the U-M Library, and (2) Interlibrary Loan-Lending.
Background
Bob has worked for MITS since 2003, and Lending since 2011. He previously spent over 20 years at The Ann Arbor News.
Responsibilities
Bob’s voice is usually the first one you hear when you call MITS during business hours. Besides being the main contact person for new and old clients, Bob also handles rush requests and other production duties. He also checks out books for Lending.
