Molly works as part of the Reserves Circulation staff.

Background

Molly is originally from Traverse City, MI and graduated in '06 with a B.A. in English Literature from Hillsdale College. She attended NYU's Summer Publishing Institute in 2007, eventually working at a venerable independent bookseller in Manhattan. She moved to Ann Arbor in 2009 and has been working at AAEL since then.

Responsibilities

In addition to working at the circulation desks and handling general circulation matters, Molly processes course reserves and manages hold credits, claim returns and billing for replacement of lost items.
