Laurie Sutch

About

Laurie is a Librarian and the Director of the Academic Technology Group, which is part of the Learning and Teaching Division of the University Library. Comprised of the Faculty Exploratory, Knowledge Navigation Center, the Tech Deck, the Shapiro Tech Suites and three other training labs, the Academic Technology Group offers technology support and instruction to U of M faculty, students and staff. Services include workshops as well as consultations on a variety of software products that range from bibliographic and course management tools to web page, poster, and presentation creation tools.

Laurie is a charter member of the Teaching and Technology Collaborative (TTC), sponsor of the annual Enriching Scholarship program, and has chaired the group as well. She is involved with a variety of other Library and campus groups. She has a Master's in Information and Library Studies from the University of Michigan.
