As gallery coordinator for the Gallery in the Duderstadt Center, I am responsible for scheduling exhibit space, publicizing events, supervising student staff and occasionally climbing a really big ladder to install artwork and focus lights. In addition, I assist with productions in the video studio and events in the “Dude”. If you ever tour the Duderstadt Center, I may be your tour guide.
I am a member of the Library Exhibits and Programming Committee, Signage Committee and I am currently serving as a wellness champion, Active U team captain and United Way cheerleader.
Previous to joining the Digital Media Commons, I held positions with University and Development Events, the Museum of Art and various labs. I am an avid photographer, traveler, and volunteer for the local arts community. I have a Master’s degree in arts administration and a B.S. degree in biology from Eastern Michigan University.
