Karen Mike

About

Karen supervises and coordinates all aspects of the 7FAST document delivery service.  7FAST serves the faculty, students and staff at the University of Michigan by supplying materials in support of their research and instruction.  

Background

Karen has worked with MLibrary Document Delivery since 2004, and has been instrumental in the department's evolution.  She's gained experience in every service within MLibrary Document Delivery, and continues to learn.  Karen is proud of her department, and is privileged to work with such a dedicated, cooperative, and hard-working group of people. 

Responsibilities

Karen leads, directs, and coordinates daily operations for the 7FAST team; works directly with patrons, to educate and assist; works continually to improve 7FAST's procedures; and contributes to policy development. 

Karen represents 7FAST within MLibrary.
