Karen Jordan

About

Karen Jordan is Special Projects Librarian at the Taubman Health Sciences Library (THL).  Before joining THL in 2012, Karen was the Exhibits and Outreach Librarian at the U-M Library. Her prior experience at U-M includes over ten years in various roles at the U-M School of Information as well as launching the Legislative Advocacy Program at the U-M Alumni Association.

Background

Karen earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Michigan.  She received a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Chinese Studies and an AMLS from the School of Library Science (now the School of Information). 

Before joining the University, Karen worked at Personal Bibliographic Software, Inc.; Information Consultants; Demand Publishing and the Ann Arbor; Arlington, Massachusetts; and Cincinnati Public libraries.
