I am the reference assistant for the Special Collections Library.  I handle requests for photoduplication of Special Collections materials.  I also coordinate much of the activity in our reading room, and serve as the front-line reference provider for email reference.  If reference questions are more in depth, I'm happy to connect researchers with the right expert or curator to help in their area.
