As web project manager and content strategist, I'm responsible for providing leadership and product management for many of the library's web content platforms, including the library website and staff intranet. My work includes serving as the project lead for the 2020 website redesign, as well as establishing and now stewarding our library website content strategy. I also manage various web application projects, serve on library-wide teams focused on communication, and am a member of the team that builds the library's Design System. 

My background is in user experience, as well as reference, instruction, web services, and systems. I love working with colleagues from across the organization and making sense of messes. 

I am active in the Association of College & Research Libraries and currently serve as Chair of the New Publications Advisory Board and as Co-Chair of the ACRL 2025 Conference Keynotes Committee. My scholarship is focused on web content strategy in academic libraries and I also teach both Developing a Website Content Strategy and Writing for the Web for Library Juice Academy. I hold a Master of Library and Information Science and a BA in English.
