I work for both 7FAST and Interlibrary Loan Borrowing, so basically I help University faculty, students, and staff get needed materials regardless of whether or not the University Library actually owns it.

Background

I have a Master of Science in Information (2010) and a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science, 2008), both from the University of Michigan.  Prior to joining ILL in August 2012 I worked at both the Labadie Collection at the Special Collections Library as well as at the Shapiro Science Library.

Responsibilities

Interlibrary Loan Borrowing: I process requests from University students, faculty, and staff for materials not held at the UM library.  I take especial pride in finding the correct proceedings from various science and engineering conferences for people.

7FAST: I also process 7FAST document delivery requests for materials held at the UM library.
