Ensure smooth office functionality through maintenance of key office supplies, properly routing callers, visitors and messages for a department of 50+. Serve as a liaison to the building for faculty, staff and building patrons in person, by phone and through email. Provide general clerical support for staff and co-workers. Respond to inquiries concerning programs, services and activities. Coordinate and schedule reservations for 4 conference rooms, 4 computer training rooms including requests for additional services such as video conference calls and special equipment. Manage student databases for locker rentals, multimedia workrooms, audio studio and electronic music studios as well as staff building key database for long term and temporary use. Verify and maintain departmental inventory records. Coordinate repairs of community office equipment such as copier, coffee machine, etc. Maintain calendar for a Director. Reconcile Pcard for Director and myself. Payroll: departmental timekeeping for bi-weekly and monthly staff, and temporary students, making sure all time in entered and approved.
