I am a University Library Associate in the Learning & Teaching unit, stationed primarily at the Art, Architecture & Engineering Library. In the fall of 2013, I began earning my Master of Science at the U-M School of Information, specializing in the Preservation of Information and Library & Information Science. My areas of interest include digital humanities, digital preservation, and conservation of rare books and artifacts. I am currently researching the growing need for new standards and increased accessibility in the preservation of performance art, theatre, and music.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, where I earned a BA in English Literature, a Bachelor of Theatre Arts, and a minor in History of Art. Other university departments that I have worked for include the Fine Arts Library, the History of Art department, and the Stearns Collection of Musical Instruments. My past studies have focused mainly on medievial studies, the history of avant-garde theatre, and high modernist literature.
