Manager of  Document Delivery Operations, which incules the processing of mail and shipping of ILL materials, including MeLCat RIDES shipping; campus delivery to other UM libraries, as well as departmental delivery; article scanning for ILL Lending requests and Local Loan article requests; retrieval of materials throughout various campus libraries to fill local loans and ILL Lending requests; MeLCat Lending, and the Document Delivery Hub locations, including HSRS offsite storage facility, Buhr scanning hub, and AAEL scanning hub.
