How do I get help doing research?

If you need research assistance, the reference staff of the Undergraduate Library is available to answer your questions. There are several ways to reach us:

• Visit the Reference Desk on the first floor.
• Reference Desk Hours are: Fall/Winter-- Monday through Thursday 10am-10pm, Friday 10am-5pm, Sunday 1pm-10pm; Spring/Summer-- Monday through Friday 1pm-4pm.
• Call the Reference Desk at 763-4141.
• Use the Research Consulatation Program. RCP is one-on-one research help. Come to the reference desk at the Shapiro Undergraduate Library and ask for a session during posted RCP hours. Hours vary by semester so check the RCP site or the UGL lobby for the current hours.
