How do I get help using the computers?

Here are some services and some web sites that are good places to get computer assistance or learn what resources are available. Library research computers do not have most applications available in SITES labs. For help with applications, contact ITCS.

ITCS Online Help

Includes FAQ, how-to documentation, and consulting help by phone (4-HELP), e-mail or in person.

Knowledge Navigation Center (KNC)

The KNC offers skilled staff to lead you through the many dimensions of information technology, from exploring the World Wide Web to creating multimedia tools for teaching and learning.

Residence Halls Computing Program (ResComp)

ResComp provides computing support and facilities to the approximately 10,000 students living in University Housing.
