Project Status / Partners
Participating Institutions
Partner institutions are less customers or purchasers than investors and shapers for the EEBO Text Creation Partnership. Partner institutions are asked to support the project financially, contribute subject or technical expertise as needed to shape key aspects of the project, and maintain a link to faculty and student users to create a sense of community around the initiative. Partners will be co-owners of the resulting text-file, which will be made available for local load and management as well as accessible through remote hosting arrangements. Partners will share in the benefit of any royalty or residual income derived from the use of the EEBO text-files.
