Partnership Fees
The EEBO-TCP partnership fee is a one-time commitment, payable over five years or on an alternate schedule mutually agreeable to the Partner library and the TCP. The fee is for co-ownership of the file, with rights as described in the Partnership Agreement available for review on this website.

The TCP is creating thousands of editions of works in the EEBO
corpus that Partner libraries will own in perpetuity. Presently,
thousands of texts are available online at a cost to ARL libraries
of $5 or $6 each. If 150 libraries commit to the project, the
anticipated cost of a file of 25,000 volumes would be $2 each
for ARLs and correspondingly less for libraries in other price
tiers.
