The Microfinance Gateway is an online resource for the global community dedicated to advancing access to financial services for the poor.

The Gateway features a collection of research and publications, original articles and resource centers on trends and important industry developments, and the latest announcements, news, events, trainings, and job opportunities related to microfinance and broader financial inclusion topics.

The International Institute Journal is an open-access serial produced jointly by the University of Michigan's International Institute (II) and Center for International and Comparative Studies (CICS), and published online by MPublishing at the University of Michigan Library. The II Journal is published twice a year, and includes features on cultural change, language, literature, communications technology, political and economic development, human rights, and global security. It aims to be relevant across regions and accessible to a broad audience.

Public Affairs Index is a bibliographic database covering all aspects of national and global contemporary public policy issues ranging from public health, the environment, housing, human and civil rights, to international commerce and conflict. This database draws from a diverse array of scholarly journals, conference papers, trade publications and government documents to provide up-to-date information on a broad range of topics of concern to the world today.

Online library of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Includes full-text of all books, papers, 24 periodicals and OECD statistical databases. Includes access to International Energy Agency (IEA) statistical books but not IEA databases.

RGE Monitor tracks and aggregates information on global economic and geo-strategic issues. Covers news, research, analysis, blogs, important speeches, and data. Users can subscribe to receive Daily Digests on particular topics or countries. Site includes extensive links, as well as proprietary research and analysis.

Africa Development Indicators contains over 1,600 indicators and time series from 1961 to the present for 53 countries. Data include social, economic, financial, natural resources, infrastructure, governance, partnership, and environmental indicators. The ADI Data Availability Query shows where data is available for a given country, series, and year. It contains the value "1" for available data and ".." for missing data.

You can find official statistics produced by countries and compiled by United Nations data system, as well as estimates and projections. The domains covered are agriculture, education, energy, industry, labour, national accounts, population and tourism. You can also find indicators such as Millennium Development Goals.

The World Development Indicators (WDI) provides a comprehensive selection of economic, social and environmental indicators, drawing on data from the World Bank and more than 30 partner agencies. The database covers more than 900 indicators for 210 economies with data back to 1960. Specific series and countries/groups can be selected for specific year ranges, and data can be exported.
