Dissertations & Theses @ CIC Institutions (Big Ten Universities)
ProQuest/UMI's database of dissertations from the 14 universities in the Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC) consortium (the 12 members of the Big Ten athletic conference plus the University of Chicago and the University of Illinois at Chicago). A subset of the ProQuest Dissertations & Theses database with full-text of most* CIC/Big Ten dissertations (including University of Michigan dissertations) filed since 1997. Describes nearly all dissertations and selected master theses filed at CIC/Big Ten universities. Includes abstracts written by the authors for all dissertations from 1980 to the present.
*Authors of dissertations have the right to restrict access to the full text of their dissertation from all ProQuest databases and document delivery services if they so choose. Some publishers recommend or require blocking of access to the full text of a dissertation as a condition of publishing a revised version of a dissertation as a scholarly book.
National Conference on Social Welfare Proceedings

The ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) database is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education to provide extensive access to educational-related literature. This version of ERIC allows you to limit results to peer-reviewed journal articles.
