Beginning in 2012, 64 commercially produced journals previously published by BE Press are now published by DeGuyter.  Subjects include economics, law, political science, health and medicine, business, statistics and engineering.

Be Press continues to host the institutional repository Digital Commons, and it hosts open access journals and working papers series. http://digitalcommons.bepress.com/online-journals/ .  The BePress platform was previously called ResearchNow.

Uses the Open Archives Initiative (OAI) protocol to gather over 23 million records of free, useful, wide-ranging digital resources hosted at over 1,100 institutions. Covers resources of all kinds, including digitized books and articles, born-digital texts, audio files, images, movies, datasets, theses, technical reports, research papers, etc. All records contain a digital object link allowing users access to the object in a single click.

Indexing & authors' abstracts for 90% of doctoral dissertations and some masters theses accepted each year in the United States and Canada (since 1861), plus thousands more from Great Britain and Ireland (since 1716), and selected other universities around the world (as far back as 1637).  Includes full-text (in PDF) of most* dissertations submitted at University of Michigan and the 13 other CIC/Big Ten Universities since 1997. 

[Note: Currently access is also provided to the full text of many additional dissertations from additional institutions, but this expanded full text access is temporary.]

*Authors of dissertations have the right to restrict access to the full text of their dissertation from all ProQuest databases and document delivery services if they so choose.  Some publishers recommend or require blocking of access to the full text of a dissertation as a condition of publishing a revised version of a dissertation as a scholarly book.

A bibliographic index to publications in statistics and related fields. Covers all articles from 106 "core journals," selected articles from about 900 additional journals, and about 8000 books in statistics published since 1974.

1974 -

MathSciNet is a searchable database providing Web access to "Mathematical Reviews", the journal of record which indexes, reviews and abstracts the published mathematical research literature.

1940 - present, with selected entries dating back to the early 1800s.

Creates a University of Michigan MGet It (formerly SFX) links to services webpage (fulltext, catalog, etc. links) based on citation information (e.g. Journal name, page and volume numbers, etc.).
