USDA Food Environment Atlas is an online atlas, mapping food availability, demographic data, and population health and diet statistics across the United States. The atlas currently includes 90 food access indicators, with data drawn from government reports and census data since 2000. Most data is available at the county level, some only at the state level.

Wiley Online Library hosts a multidisciplinary collection of online resources covering life, health and physical sciences, social science, and the humanities. It provides integrated access to over 4 million articles from 1,500 journals, almost 10,000 online books, and hundreds of reference works, laboratory protocols and databases, many of which are purchased by MLibrary and accessible to current students, faculty and staff of the University of Michigan.  Included are the online journals and books previously published by Blackwell Publishing Ltd., which merged with John Wiley & Sons, Inc. in 2007.

The FDA Notices of Judgment Collection is a digital archive of the published notices judgment for products seized under authority of the 1906 Pure Food and Drug Act. The NJs are resources in themselves but also lead users to the over 2,000 linear foot collection of evidence files used to prosecute each case. The evidence files are a rich documentary resource filled with legal correspondence, lab reports and data, photographs, and product labeling and containers.
