Includes books, serials, pamphlets, essays, etc. published between 1450 and 1914.  Titles are in English as well as in 20 other languages including French, German, Portuguese, Scandinavian, Italian and Spanish. Topics covered include agriculture, commerce, finance, manufacturing, politics, slavery, social conditions, trade, and transportation.

Provides citations to U.S. federal government publications. Contains references to books, reports, studies, serials, maps and other publications. Topics covered include finance, business, demographics, foreign relations, public health and social issues.

1994 -

Beginning in 2012, 64 commercially produced journals previously published by BE Press are now published by DeGuyter.  Subjects include economics, law, political science, health and medicine, business, statistics and engineering.

Be Press continues to host the institutional repository Digital Commons, and it hosts open access journals and working papers series. http://digitalcommons.bepress.com/online-journals/ .  The BePress platform was previously called ResearchNow.

The U.S. Congressional Serial Set and the American State Papers. The Serial Set contains all the official Reports, Documents, and Journals of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives from 1789 to the present.  Also includes presidential messages and treaty documents.  The Serial Set is an extraordinary collection of primary source material on all aspects of American history. Includes over 62,000 maps which can be searched separately or together with the Serial Set.

Digital versions of the LLMC (Law Library Microform Consortium) collections. A work in progress, the site currently contains material on U.S. federal law: administrative, legislative and judicial resources. It will grow to include U.S and foreign law material, both primary and secondary

1980 -

The database includes information about all United States patents (including utility, design, reissue, plant patents and SIR documents) from the first patent issued in 1790 to the most recent issue week. Patents from January 1976 to the present offer the full searchable text, including all bibliographic data, such as the inventor's name, the patent's title, and the assignee's name; the abstract; the full description of the invention; and the claims. The display of each patent's full-text includes a hyperlink to obtain full-page images of each page of the patent. Information from Certificates of Correction and Reexaminations is not included in the full-text database per se, but can be found as pages attached to the full-page images of the original patent. Patents from 1790 to December 1975 offer only the patent number and the current US patent classification in the text display, and can be searched only by those fields. However, this limited text display also includes a hyperlink to obtain full-page images of each page of the patent.

1877 - 1994 Includes complete full text of every issue from the first (December 6, 1877) through the December 31st issue of 16 years ago. (One year of additional content from 16 years ago is added annually.)
