About Mirlyn
Mirlyn is the library catalog of the University Library, Clements, Bentley, and UM-Flint libraries. It utilizes Aleph software from Ex Libris. Mirlyn also provides patron services such as circulation history information, library-to-library lending, and others. Click on Mirlyn to go directly to Mirlyn now.

Authorities: Latest info on authorities processing
Development OPAC: Staff may occasionally need to view the "MIRLYN Dev" OPAC. Note that this data is not current and should be viewed for testing purposes only.
Passwords: Staff are now responsible for their own password. You can change it when you want, and should change it periodically. For more information about changing your password read: Mirlyn Passwords
Permissions: Information on Aleph permissions
Record batch loads: records are loaded into MIRLYN from RLIN, MARCIVE and other batch services weekly. New records are usually available for use on Tuesdays. Information on fileload routines
Record load statistics: Weekly fileload statistics
Service packs: Latest service pack documentation, and Service pack implementation procedure
System scheduled downtime: Reserved system unavailability: Sundays, 5-10 a.m. EDT (infrequently needed).
Version 18: Aleph version 18 is now in production. Read the 8/29/06 Update (staff only). Please report any problems to aleph-support@umich.edu
SFX 3.0: SFX 3.0 is in development, with an expected move to production in August 2005.
Verde: Verde is under review now.
