The following video describes the conservation work that was recently undertaken to repair and make functional a Culpeper-Style microscope. The film also includes images of a louse as it would have been seen by this same microscope more than 200 years ago. This extraordinary historical artifact is part of the History of Medicine Collection held at the Special Collections Library.
