3. Using Secondary Sources to gain an historical perspective

Explore the following database for an historical perspective on policy
issues and legislation. It indexes, abstracts and has links to full text
secondary sources. (Simply follow the SFX Button for Full-Text button. The SFX menu
will show you if the article is available full-text (online) or if the journal
is available in print on campus.)
