School of Social Work faculty, staff, students, and patrons with guest cards are eligible to extend the borrowing period of books they have checked out by "renewing" these books when completing this form. Please note: The most efficient method for renewing items is to log into Mirlyn, click on "My Account," click on the "Items Checked Out" button, and review your list of items. Simply click on the "Renew All" button to extend the borrowing period of everything listed.
This form is available for making a renewal request in the event that Mirlyn is unavailable. Please note: making the request on this form does not guarantee that the books have been renewed. You will receive an email receipt of your request when the renewal request is processed by library staff. If there are any problems renewing the books or problems with your library account, we will contact you via the e-mail address that you provide below. You may also contact us directly by e-mail at social.work.library@umich.edu, by telephone at (734) 764-5169, or in person at the Social Work Library during normal business hours. Items borrowed from other institutions (via Interlibrary Loan) and items with 4-hour loan periods cannot be renewed from this page.
