Building Entrance
The ramp entrance to the Law Library is on Monroe Street, just to the right of the loading dock. Driving directions to this entrance from area freeways are on the Library's website at: http://www.law.umich.edu/library/info/find/Pages/directions.aspx
Elevators and Stacks Navigation
Elevator access to the sub levels is a bit complicated, so that path from the Monroe St door is also on the Library's website: http://www.law.umich.edu/library/info/find/Pages/Elevators.aspx. All of the doors along this path, from the outside door at Monroe Street to the sub levels, have automatic openers.
Restrooms
All of the restrooms in the sub levels are handicap accessible, but they date from 1981 so they don't meet the most current standards. Only one has an automatic door opener. Feel free to ask any staff member for assistance.
Parking
There are several accessible metered parking spaces on Monroe Street close to the ramp sidewalk. These are marked for the use of vehicles with handicap permits.
