Worldcat

WorldCat can be a very useful resource. The database is a "union catalog" which means it contains catalog records from member institutions. WorldCat has over 50 million records from more than 9,000 member institutions, of which the UM Library is one. It allows you to search for books, visual materials, serials, sound recordings. If you find an item in Worldcat (or other databases) that the UM Library does not own, simply complete an Interlibrary Loan Request Form, and we will try to borrow the book for you.
