Issues reported regarding ProQuest Export to RefWorks

- Exporting to RefWorks from ProQuest databases is not working when off-campus or when using the wireless connection on-campus.

- At this time, Direct Exports from ProQuest to RefWorks are not working as expected. Items are added to RefWorks will have a Generic RefType and they will include an extra space & dash character before each field. Exports from other vendors are not affected. - Issue resolved as of December 9, 2011.
