Once again this morning, some users were briefly unable to access HathiTrust due to an out of disk space condition on two servers, this time aggravated by a recently-introduced software issue which caused disk space to be consumed at an abnormal rate. The problem was reported at 8:30am, the report was received at 9:25am, and the problem was and fixed by staff at 9:30am.
The temporary fix for the problem has been adjusted to clear disk space more aggressively, and the planned permanent fix will be implemented today.
