Description of the Outage: 

The availability of all networked Library services was affected by network hardware failure on North Campus this morning. Users accessing Library services from on campus were more likely to encounter difficulty, while those accessing from off-campus were much more likely to be successful. The likelihood of success also varied by service, based on whether or not accessing that service depended on functionality provided by the failed network hardware. In short, if you experienced difficulty accessing any networked Library service during the listed outage window, it was almost certainly due to this hardware failure.

The problem was resolved by Campus IT services.
