A group of cartonnage fragments assigned to P. Mich. Inv. 6592. The inventory file record contains the following: ‘Fragments of bindings made from papyrus and probably originally leather covered. Origin; probably Medinet Madi.’ There are some inscribed papyri in the mix, several intentional holes, and some surface debris that may be leather residue.
