The Toolbox

• The Toolbox contains the various tools used to manipulating images in Photoshop.

• Some of the buttons in the toolbox actually represent families of related tools, rather than just one tool. If a small black arrow is visible in the bottom-right corner of the button there are additional, related tools which can be accessed by right-clicking or click-and-holding on the button. For example, to get to the Elliptical Marquee tool, right click or click and hold on the Marquee tool to access the selection list.
