[Münşeat,19th century].[منشآت,القرن 19م]., paragraph 2
I can’t see the whole book but in the picture of bottom of this page I read the red written title is “Hırka-i Şerif Tezkiresi”. It means “The cardigan of Prophet Muhammad’s Tezkere (like antology)”

Hâzâ Şerh-i Vaṣṣāf,[18th century?].هذا شرح وصاف,[القرن 18م؟]., paragraph 3
I think that, the author is Vassaf, the Persian historian and poet. His real name is Serefü’d-dîn Abdullâh bin Fazlullâh-ı Sîrâzî (1264-1334).
And the book’s name is “Şerh-i Târih-i Vassâf” – “The Commentary of Vassaf’s History Book”.
Commentary books of “Târih-i Vassaf is written by many commentariers.
Maybe this book was commentaried by Nazmî-zâde Hüseyin Murtazâ or Mîrzâ-zâde Ahmed Neylî.
You can contact with a researcher Abdülkadir DAĞLAR in Turkey, Erciyes University. I think he can help you about this. His e-mail is: adaglar@erciyes.edu.tr
