This is “Sihhat-abad”, commentary on fourty hadith written in verse by Othmanzade Ahmed, 18th century Ottoman poet. Information about the author in “Encyclopaedic Historiography of the Muslim World By N.K. Singh, NK Singh, A Samiuddin” p. 34-36.
