Naskh with influence of ruqʻah ; modern hand in a medium line ; partially but irregularly seriffed with effect of tilt to the left, slight effect of words descending to baseline, curvilinear descenders, open and closed counters, pointing in strokes or conjoined dots (typically oriented vertically), final yāʼ usually unpointed ; some passages in ruqʻah (see p.33 and p.36).

Headings rubricated.

Support:

Lined / ruled wove paper, dark cream in color.

Binding:

Boards covered in black textured cloth ; pastedowns and flyleaves in wove paper printed with a geometric pattern (resembling a scale pattern) in a light brown / dull gold color ; cover gold-stamped with "ابن الفارض" ; sewn in cream thread over two recessed cords ; overall in fairly good condition.
