Ali Rafi (student of master of Iranian Studies - Manuscripts research and codicology)) on paragraph 2:

At pp.6 the author mentioned the original work of Sheikh Nasr ibn Mohammad al-Faqih abi al-Leith as-Samarqandi
شیخ نصر بن محمد الفقیه ابی اللیث السمرقندی
as al-Moqaddamat as-Salat
المقدمة الصلاة

so the exact name of this Manuscript should be: Sharh al-Moqaddamt (or al-Muqaddimat) as-Salat
شرح المقدمة الصلاة

Ali Rafi (student of master of Iranian Studies - Manuscripts research and codicology)) on paragraph 15:

Due to pp.6 and the statement which is written there so
“As i read the Moqaddamt as-Salat which is attributed to Sheikh […] Nasr ibn Mohammad al-Faqih abi al-Leith al-Samarqandi […] i decided to write a Description for it to solve its problems and describe its special points”

So it is Description of another Book (religious Book of Nasr ibn Mohammad al-Faqih abi al-Leith al-Samarqandi) which written by
Muṣṭafá ibn Zakarīyā ibn Aydughmish.
