Customized and Course-Related Class Request Form

Librarians are available to provide instructional lectures, demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and tours tailored to a specific UM course or group of faculty, staff, or students. Two weeks advanced notice is required. Personalized instuction for individuals is also available. To arrange an appointment, complete and submit the form below.
