How to Find Full text Articles in Electronic JournalsLast Updated November 2007 You may access electronic journals from Mirlyn or by entering the title in the box labeled "Search" at the top of all Library web pages and clicking on the result under electronic journals. . Both of these resources similarly list all routes of access to the electronic version of the journal. 1) via the Publisher's website This indicates that UM has full text access to JAMA articles through the publisher.
from publisher's website via a Full text Vendor via UM-MEDSEARCH This indicates that UM has full text access to JAMA articles through the full text vendor ProQuest Research Library: The university subscribes to several vendors that provide full text articles to many journals in PDF format. In our example, ProQuest Research Library is such a vendor that provides access to JAMA. For these providers, click on the hyperlink of the volume and issue for the article you are looking for. You can enter as a guest or by authenticating. Select the last database, Journals@Ovid Full Text. To find the article, click on the Find Citation tab and fill in the resultant search form.
