Renewals

All Hatcher Graduate Library materials may be renewed any number of times unless another borrower has requested the item.

Learn how to renew a book from the Borrowing and Circulation page on renewals.

Returning Recalls

Recalls occur when another patron requests an item that is already checked out. When a book is recalled borrowers will receive a recall notice via email. The recalled book is due on the date listed after the NEW RECALL DUE DATE, in that notice and in your Mirlyn account.

Recalled books should be returned directly to the Hatcher Graduate Library North or South Circulation desks, or to the outside drop box if the library is closed.

Borrowing privileges are suspended if a recalled item is not returned by the RECALL DUE DATE. In addition, a $2.00 per day per item fine is assessed to ALL student borrowers.
