Meg Waite Clayton, author of the acclaimed bestseller The Wednesday Sisters, will talk about her latest novel, The Four Ms. Bradwells. The book is about four women who are University of Michigan Law School graduates; it explores the secrets we keep, even from those closest to us, and celebrates the enduring power of friendship. Clayton’s first novel, The Language of Light, was a finalist for Barbara Kingsolver’s Bellwether Prize. Her novel The Wednesday Sisters was a word-of-mouth sensation that became a national bestseller and a book club favorite.

Meg Waite Clayton, a lawyer who worked in the high-powered world of corporate mergers and acquisitions for a top international law firm, was a U-M undergrad (history and psychology) and is a graduate of the U-M Law School. She lives in Palo Alto and Santa Barbara, California.
