Visit the Hatcher Graduate Library Gallery before January 14 to preview the exhibit For Madiba with Love: Photographs of Nelson Mandela and the South African Struggle, 1985-2013. The full exhibit opens in the Duderstadt Center Gallery on January 27, and images from the exhibit will be on display in the North Lobby of the Hatcher Graduate Library through Febrary.

The exhibit features photos by Pulitzer-Prize winning photographer David Turnley (Professor in the Stamps School of Art & Design), who has been a friend of the Mandela family and has covered the South African struggle for the last thirty years.

This exhibit is sponsored by the U-M Library, the College of Engineering, the Center for African Studies, Residential College, the Penny W. Stamps School of Art and Design, the Department of Afroamerican and African Studies, and the Office of the Provost.
