Checking books out

You will need to give us your uniqname to check any books or journals out of the library.  For reserve materials, you will need to leave us your MCard.

Loan Period

• Journals circulate for ONE DAY only.  All journals must be returned before the library closes for the day.  Fines for overdue journals are $2.00 per day.
• Course Reserves circulate for FOUR HOURS during the day.  They may be checked out overnight one hour before the library closes and must be returned within one hour of re-opening.  Fines for overdue reserves are $0.50 per ITEM per HOUR
• Books circulate for THREE WEEKS (except for reference books, located on the shelf behind the main desk, which must remain in the library).  Fines for overdue books are $0.25 per day.
• Working Papers circulate for THREE WEEKS.  Fines for overdue working papers are $0.25 per day.
• Dissertations circulate for THREE WEEKS.  Fines for overdue dissertations are $2.00 per day
