Need a book from another campus library? The Library to Library Delivery Service will see that the book is sent to your preferred library and held for you to pick up.
This is a free service available to all library users, for regular circulating materials, to and from the following libraries: the Art, Architecture & Engineering Library, the Dentistry Library, the Fine Arts Library, the Harlan Hatcher Graduate Library (including Asia and Information and Library Studies Libraries), the Herbarium Library, the Music Library, the Museums Library, the Public Health Library, the Shapiro Science Library, the Social Work Library, Taubman Medical Library, and the Shapiro Undergraduate Library.
To request items for delivery:
Patrons who are unable to login to Mirlyn may use the web form.
Response time varies from 2-3 days if the book is on the shelf, to weeks or more if it's on order or currently on loan to someone else. This applies to regular, circulating books only. (The quickest way to obtain an item is to go to the owning library and find it yourself on the shelves.) You will be notified via email when the item has arrived at the requested location.
Please send any comments or questions about the program to glcirc@umich.edu
