Near the Southeast corner of the first floor of the Shapiro Undergraduate Library, next to the Tech Deck.
Hours of Operation:
M – F 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon, and 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please be aware that there may be occasions when the machine is down for maintenance or is having technical difficulties, or an operator is unavailable.

Book Costs:
100 pages or less - $8.00
101 – 300 pages - $12.00
301 – 500 pages - $16.00
501 – 700 pages - $20.00
701 – 800 pages - $25.00
Ordering Options:
- In person – Please fill out an order form at the machine and allow 1-3 business days for fulfillment*
- Online – Fill out the online request form with the required information
- Email – Send book details (author, title, publication year, link to online version) to lib-ebm@umich.edu
Allow 1-3 business days for processing. (Unanticipated file formatting or printing problems may extend the turnaround time.) When your order is ready, we’ll notify you by email, and include details about payment and pickup location.
*Titles that are immediately available to the machine via the local EBM catalog or the EspressNet catalog can be printed while you wait, if you wish to order in person during regular EBM hours. All other requests will require processing time and therefore cannot be printed while you wait.
