WE DID IT! AWARD

The Dentistry Library has recently received the "We Did It!" Award from the 
University Library System, in honor of the massive journal shift and 
reorganization last August and September. It is worth noting, that the journal 
shift was done entirely by 6 people -- four hourly student employees and two 
fulltime staff. The effort put into the planning and the actual physical move 
were enormous. We are very proud to receive this recognition of these efforts.

Looking for a journal publisher or editor contact information? The Library 
System is pleased to announce the availability of Ulrich's Web, the Internet 
edition of Ulrich's International Periodicals Directory. The address to access

MEDICATIONS FOR PATIENTS WITHOUT RESOURCES 

Many of you have patients who lack insurance or come from an economic 
background which does not allow them to always fill needed prescriptions. While 
there are a variety of short term solutions, when the medication is for a 
chronic condition, it may be more difficult to resolve. Many pharmaceutical 
companies are willing to work with patients on a fixed or reduced income, and a 
list of these companies and the guidelines is available on the web. Take a look
