is a poet and founder of Nada Press and Big Scream Magazine, a poetry journal that has published more than 300 poets for more than 27 years. He has published five books of poetry: Quiet Lives (foreword by Allen Ginsberg), On The Bridge, Fragments from the Stars, Coming Home, and Silences for Love. Cope teaches drama and creative writing at Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) and Shakespeare at both GRCC and Western Michigan University.
